Staff-Facilitated Immersion Retreat (overnight): Includes lodging (linens and towels provided), meals, site coordination, and discussion/reflection facilitation. The typical Immersion Retreat arrival time is after 2pm; departure by 3pm. Absolute minimum 5 participants.
- 1 Night – $200 per person
- 2 Nights – $345 per person
- 3 Nights – $490 per person
- 4 Nights – $635 per person
- 5 Nights – $710 per person
- 6 Nights – $855 per person
- 7 Nights – $1000 per person
Additional nights available upon request
Minimum weekend retreat fee of $2,205 (Friday night – Sunday)
An additional $10/day admin fee will be charged if you choose to use public transit for your retreat.
Self-Directed Retreat Experience: Includes lodging (linens and towels provided) and priority use of the Center.
$125 per person per night (Discounts available for larger groups)
Minimum weekend fee of $2,000 (Friday night – Sunday)
Virtual Retreats & Workshops: Presentations or workshops customized for your school or church.
$15 per person per hour
Minimum engagement fee of $600
Day Facility Rental: Includes use of the Center (for groups that are not utilizing any overnight accommodations).

Prepared Meals: The Darst Center does not have a food service provider. Meal preparation is included in our immersion retreats as part of the program. Self-directed groups are allowed to use the kitchen to prepare meals or may cater in food.
A $700 deposit is expected to confirm all overnight reservations
A $200 deposit is expected to confirm all day-long reservations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any type of retreat experience will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
